Cancellation Policy
Consultation sessions are booked in advance, and the time guarded by both parties. Payment is made by credit card prior to the session and a GST invoice prepared and emailed afterwards. If there is a medical emergency, please contact us as soon as you are able to so that you may cancel and in this case a waiver may be made. For more ordinary reasons of cancellation, your booking may be re-scheduled up to 48 (business hours) prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations less than 24 business hours prior will incur full fees.
